At Menagerie Cosmetics, we strive for perfection in every palette and pigment; however, due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and that the security seals remain intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Safely pack your items in a sturdy box with plenty of padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
