Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, Menagerie Cosmetics is 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulas.

When will my order ship?

Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. During major launches or sales, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

How can I track my package?
